Position: Software Engineering Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $50–$150/hour, paid daily via Stripe Connect

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time (10–40 hours/week), project duration 1–2 months

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Review and refine AI-generated prompts, code, and responses for technical accuracy and clarity
• Validate algorithms and software concepts for correctness
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality and improve model benchmarking
• Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, and programming language
• Support the research team’s benchmarking initiatives to assess and advance model capabilities

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong proficiency in popular programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, etc.)
• Expertise in debugging, testing, and code validation
• Technical writing skills and attention to detail
