Standards Aligned Instruction Specialist | $55/hr Remote

Position: Education (Safety)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$55 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–20 hours per week (with potential up to 40 hours)

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute classroom expertise to improve AI understanding of educational contexts
• Provide insight into safe and standards-aligned instructional practices
• Help shape AI systems to reflect real educator reasoning and pedagogy
• Articulate teaching strategies and instructional decision-making clearly
• Support development of safe, education-focused AI use cases

Requirements

• Licensed K–12 teacher (US or international)
• Strong years of full-time classroom teaching experience (personal tutors not eligible)
• Master’s degree in Education or a STEM/Humanities field
• Experience designing rigorous, standards-aligned instruction
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to commit 10–20 hours per week
