Visual Designer | $70/hr Remote

Position: Visual Designer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions used to train AI systems in visual design workflows.
• Apply graphic and UI design expertise to ensure prompts and responses reflect real-world design processes.
• Evaluate AI-generated design outputs for visual quality, aesthetic coherence, and practical relevance.
• Translate professional design judgment into clear, structured feedback for AI training and evaluation.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to refine prompt quality and design realism.

Requirements

• Strong years of professional experience in graphic design or UI design (UX-only profiles are not a fit).
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design work (websites/apps, branding, marketing assets).
• Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs or generative AI prompting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
