Luxury Travel Advisor (Remote)

This is a full-time, remote position within Crossing’s global, high-touch team. The Travel Advisor is responsible for designing bespoke itineraries, coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience from initial enquiry to welcome-home call.

This role is for someone genuinely passionate about people and travel - someone hardworking, thoughtful, and committed to going above and beyond to make every client journey exceptional. You will build long-term relationships, secure upgrades and insider access, manage detailed logistics, and represent Crossing with elegance, warmth, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care & Sales Excellence

Warmly nurture new enquiries and convert them into high-value bookings

Use thoughtful questioning to understand client preferences and lifestyle

Create bespoke itineraries that reflect Crossing’s aesthetic and attention to detail

Deliver itinerary proposals within 24 hours whenever possible and update clients if delayed

Maintain elegant, consistent communication throughout the planning process

Call clients pre-travel and post-travel to ensure care, gather feedback, and inspire future trips

Handle any post-travel concerns with discretion, speed, and solutions-first thinking

Encourage and collect client feedback to continually enhance our service

Expertise & Product Knowledge

Maintain deep knowledge of global destinations, luxury hotels, and industry trends

Participate in internal training sessions and continuous learning initiatives

Travel on educational trips (FAMs) to build on-the-ground expertise and partner relationships

Upload insights, content, and updated information to our internal asset library

Operational & Commercial Excellence

Maintain a highly organised sales pipeline using our CRM

Prepare quotes within established margin guidelines

Manage bookings end-to-end with precision and calmness under pressure

Support colleagues during peak periods to ensure seamless client service

Close off files post-travel with the aim of generating repeat business

Evaluate reasons for lost bookings to strengthen future conversion

Partnerships & Representation

Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs and hotel partners

Represent Crossing at partner events, client gatherings, previews, and trade functions

Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing insights, destination updates, and itinerary content

Qualifications

Proven expertise in customer service and client satisfaction

Strong and articulate communication skills in English

Experience in travel planning or luxury hospitality (preferred)

Comfortable with travel booking systems

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously

Passionate about travel, culture, and luxury experiences

Able to work independently in a remote environment

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
