Role Overview

Design and evaluate complex, end-to-end healthcare operational workflows, setting a high bar for accuracy, structure, and real-world applicability.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build detailed workflows across revenue cycle, claims, and billing processes
• Create and assess scenarios spanning patient intake, scheduling, and administrative coordination
• Review and structure clinical documentation including charts, summaries, and templates
• Evaluate compliance, care coordination, and regulatory reporting workflows
• Provide clear, structured feedback with step-by-step reasoning on workflow outcomes

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong background in healthcare operations, billing, coding, or administration
• Working knowledge of coding systems, claims workflows, and healthcare platforms
• Comfortable handling healthcare artifacts such as claim forms, appeals, and patient records
• Clear and precise written communicator with structured thinking
• Preference for solving complex, long-form operational challenges

Role DetailsCompensation: $30 $65 per hour
