We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at deepc. As we continue to grow, we have identified the need to find a Sr Project Manager to assist in supporting the professional services team through administration and management of our project management function and our internal and external projects.

Reporting to the Head of Professional Services of deepc, this role is primarily responsible for coordinating the planning, implementation and monitoring of programs and projects, both externally (mainly AI platform delivery) and internally (such as AI partner integration onboarding). The role will be pivotal in establishing our PMO function with appropriate governance and administration frameworks to drive implementation project and organisational improvement.

In this role you will work closely with the delivery and revenue team in the pre-contract stage by providing input into sales proposals, supporting collateral and customer presentations, and then post-contract by coordinating the sales to services hand-over and project initiation. The role will support the implementation of other commercial stream strategic initiatives including the establishment of the global framework and infrastructure for the service, support and customer success team. You will implement the process and systems for the ongoing operation of the services stream. As a global role, there will be responsibility for standard services practice as further regional entities are established.

Your Challenge

• Design, plan, implement and support the deployment of the deepc AI platform to our customer base through close multi-disciplinary team collaboration including integration with radiology applications.
• Provide support in the sales cycle with input into sales proposals, supporting collateral and customer presentations
• Coordinate the sales to services hand-over and project initiation with appropriate setting of customer milestones.
• Working closely with the implementation and support engineers, integration specialist and product teams to ensure proposed plans and designs can be implemented at the customer sites with their systems, ICT infrastructure and medical imaging workflows.
• Manage the service and support streams risk and issue logs across implementation projects and BAU support ensuring continuation of projects and service within schedule and budget constraints.
• Manage all significant updates and upgrades across the install base.
• When required, project manages internal commercial projects including process improvement initiatives with continued review and reporting. This will include cross-function collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to achieve company objectives
• Provide project dashboard visibility to leadership to communicate status updates across all internal and external projects.
• Strive for maximum implementation efficiency and minimum timeframes, including the establishment of a compressed approach to trials or proof of concept projects.
• Gain and maintain your knowledge of the AI platform components and AI partner solutions including specific integration approaches.
• Liaise with the product management team regarding customer and other market feedback regarding product features and function including where these are project dependencies.
• Implement commercial strategy and directions in the project management space with communication of status and progress to enable leadership oversight.
• Establish and apply continuous quality improvement principles in assessing our performance against customer needs/requirements.
• Operates within deepc’s quality management framework, policies and procedures and ensures transparency and accountability of all program activity.
• Administer the program budget, with financial accountability for program delivery.
• Manages resource allocations across projects to ensure efficient utilisation.
• To be a dynamic individual who is able to operate at various levels and in various roles to enable the business to achieve its objectives, particularly during periods of growth.

Your Profile

• 5 years of Project Management experience
• Established record of implementation and delivery excellence in medical imaging informatics
• Certified Project Manager; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent with experience of project and program management
• Experience in delivering business process improvement projects
• Ability to manage program and project stakeholders across organisational levels
• Background of direct team management
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to communicate project and program information to all organisational levels
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead customer presentations and discovery sessions
• Fanatical attention to detail and documentation
• You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
• Able to work remotely and independently with minimal direction
• Ethics and experience in a structured/regulated sales organization
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English; Any other European language is a plus
• You enjoy a dynamic, inspiring, and diverse environment
• Preferred: Experience with radiology AI products
