We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that support employee performance and professional growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, capability development, and working in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs across teams and develop effective learning solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Create and maintain learning materials, e-learning content, and documentation.
- Partner with managers and HR to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Facilitate virtual training sessions and support blended learning approaches.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage learning platforms (LMS) and track training participation and outcomes.
- Stay current with learning trends, tools, and best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational development.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering virtual and remote training programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
