E-Comm Operations and Tech Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized E-commerce Operations & Technical Project Manager to assist with operations, tech stack development/management, and marketing tech optimization. The right candidate will identify, organize, and manage projects that improve our overall business performance. You will play a pivotal role in driving marketing and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Tech Optimization:

• Collaborate with the marketing lead to enhance targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
• Implement and manage advanced pixel/tag management for marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement19.

Project & Product Management:

• Project manage the design, development, and implementation of internal software tools to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize features, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables align with business goals

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day CRM operations
• Coordinate with marketing, technical, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless workflows and exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

Proven Experience:

• 3+ years managing e-commerce operations or relevant project management
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing tools and targeting tech
• Project Management: Experience with project management software and methodologies (Agile experience a plus)

Problem-Solving and Communication Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate remotely
