We are currently sourcing candidates to support our client, an award-winning Maine-based architectural firm with an established digital presence. This position is for a ctritical partner who can manage our client's social media presence and effectively tell their story as an industry thought leader.

Who You Are

You are a highly organized, aesthetically driven partner who is eager to transform our client's portfolio into cohesive, high-performing social content. You're not just a content scheduler, but a storyteller who can distill concepts into compelling social content, supporting organic audience growth and working independently across all social platforms

Core Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar across four social channels, ensuring messaging aligns with the firm's brand goals

• Creative Content Generation: Write engaging, on-brand captions, design posts/stories (using existing brand assets), and research effective hashtag strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

• Organic Growth & Engagement: Execute light daily engagement (responding to comments, connecting with local designers, builders, and media) to support organic follower growth.

• Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage the client's robust photo and video content library, ensuring all posts utilize the highest quality assets.

• Paid Support: Assist with the management of existing paid social media ads, providing insights on top-performing organic content that can be leveraged for paid promotion.

• You've worked with architecture/design firms in the past
• You have mid-senior graphic design skills
