Dynamo Recruitment is currently supporting a large Australian organisation embarking on the next phase of their Dynamics 365 transformation programme.

Following the successful implementation of part of the Microsoft ecosystem, the organisation is now expanding its platform across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to play a key role in the solution design and delivery phase of the programme.

The Role

You will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, Developers and Integration teams to complete the solution architecture and guide delivery.

This role will combine hands-on configuration, technical architecture and technical leadership across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical scoping and solution architecture across the Microsoft stack

• Ensure the implementation aligns with Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box best practices

• Work closely with 2–3 developers delivering the solution

• Collaborate with integration and data teams to align the overall architecture

• Support solution configuration and technical leadership across the programme

• Work with Business Analysts to ensure business requirements align with standard D365

Capabilities

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

• Strong experience across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

• Experience implementing D365 Sales, Customer Service or Marketing

• Strong understanding of solution architecture within the Microsoft ecosystem

• Experience working alongside enterprise architecture, integration and development teams

• Ability to guide design decisions and ensure best practice implementation
