* Administer and track employee leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation matters.

* Partner with Payroll to research and resolve employee pay, timekeeping, and HRIS-related issues.

* Support recruiting, hiring, and new restaurant opening activities as needed.

* Assist with HR policies, processes, reporting, and special projects as the organization continues to expand.

* Serve as a responsive, approachable HR resource for our restaurant operations teams.

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Generalist capacity.

* Multi-state HR experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.

* Experience with New York City Fair Workweek (FWW) regulations and compliance is a strong plus.

* Experience supporting restaurant operations, quick-service restaurants (QSR), hospitality, or another high-volume, hourly workforce environment is a significant plus.

* Experience with Paylocity is a plus.

* Strong understanding of employee relations, HR compliance, onboarding, and HR administration.

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a practical, service-oriented approach.

* Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fully remote environment.

* Comfortable working in a growing organization where priorities can shift quickly.

What We Offer

* Competitive compensation of $65,000–$70,000 annually

* Fully remote work environment

* Medical, dental, and vision insurance

* 401(k) retirement plan

* Opportunity to grow professionally with a rapidly expanding organization

* Collaborative, supportive leadership team
