  • Mentor and guide engineers on frontend practices, tooling, and best-in-class UX.
  • Collaborate with product and design to shape solutions that are both technically sound and delightful to use.
  • Champion frontend reliability and observability: monitoring, metrics, error boundaries, and resilience.

Key responsibilitiesArchitecture & Patterns

Own design system evolution; state management patterns; performance optimisations; frontend infra (build pipelines, bundling, testing).

Delivery

Translate designs into clean, reusable, accessible components; ensure cross-browser/device support; ship high-quality code.

Quality & Performance

Accessibility, performance (Core Web Vitals), testing strategy, error handling, analytics instrumentation.

Cross-Team Leadership

Work with backend/platform to ensure APIs, contracts, and integrations are well designed and efficient.

What you’re good at

  • ~8+ years of frontend engineering experience.
  • Deep proficiency in React + TypeScript (or equivalent modern frameworks).
