Role Description

  • We’re looking for an experienced Training Product & Growth Lead who can take ownership of turning EdgeStride into a repeatable, scalable delivery engine. This is a part-time remote position. The Training Product & Growth Lead will focus on driving growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, and expanding the user base through innovative product solutions.

What you'll own1) Market-first programme strategy

  • Identify high-demand IT training opportunities with clear paying audiences
  • Propose focused programmes with tight scope (cohorts, bootcamps, workshops, corporate upskilling)
  • Define positioning, learner outcomes, and pricing that sells

2) Programme design & delivery quality

  • Design training journeys: curriculum structure, schedule, assessments, outcomes
  • Coordinate trainers and delivery standards (online)
  • Build reusable templates/playbooks so programmes run consistently

3) Launch & performance execution (with support)

  • You won’t be expected to do everything alone. Support will be provided as required but you will lead the execution:
  • What we launch, who it’s for, why it will convert, and how we improve period by period

4) Profitability focus

  • Track programme economics (costs, margins, profit per cohort)
  • Set a simple operating rhythm: calendar, roadmap, weekly reporting
  • Iterate offers based on results, not assumptions

Person Specification

You’re likely a fit if you’re:

  • Ambitious, self-directed and an achiever
  • A delivery operator (plans are nice; execution is your default)
  • Commercially minded (you think in demand, conversion, pricing, margin)
  • Comfortable coordinating people and building lightweight systems
  • Obsessed with quality, clarity, and learner outcomes
  • Able to move fast, test ideas, and refine based on data

Bonus (not required): experience in workplace skills-focussed IT training in areas like Data/BI, UI/UX, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, etc.

What success looks in the first 6-months

  • Propose 2–3 programme offers with clear audiences, outcomes, and pricing
  • Build a delivery calendar and a simple launch-to-delivery workflow
  • Coordinate one pilot programme launch end-to-end
  • Define a KPI dashboard (enquiries, conversion, attendance, completion, profit per cohort)
