At ENGIE, we are accelerating the energy transition by delivering reliable, sustainable energy solutions. Our Retail Operations team ensures that every data point behind the meter supports this mission with precision and care.

We are looking for a Meter Data Management Administrator to join our UK Energy Supply team. In this role, you will keep critical metering data accurate and compliant, directly supporting our customers and industry performance. Your attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

  • Process industry data flows including RGMA, address changes, and Change of Agents within strict SLA timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve crossed meter queries, unattached meters, and unmetered supply discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage the COMC/P272 process end-to-end, ensuring all relevant industry flows are sent and received on time.
  • Support MPRN creations for new metering installations and carry out Dead to Live process checks as required.
  • Work industry reports requiring investigation, validation, and updates across ENGIE systems and Xoserve.
  • Carry out data cleansing activities with accuracy, supporting wider Market Operations teams.
  • Proactively manage the team mailbox and internal tickets, adhering to internal processes and risk frameworks.

What You Bring

  • Strong numerical skills and confidence working with data-driven processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience handling reports and data sets.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines effectively.
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset with a "right first time" approach to accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and a collaborative attitude that supports team success.
  • Experience in a similar role within the energy sector is desirable but not essential.

Location

Leeds, United Kingdom — Home Based

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package with clear career progression opportunities within ENGIE's growing UK operations.
  • A diverse range of missions that keep your work stimulating and meaningful day to day.
  • A friendly, supportive team environment where collaboration is valued and encouraged.
  • Flexibility and work-life balance through home-based working arrangements.
  • Access to professional development and the chance to deepen your expertise in energy market operations.
  • The opportunity to contribute directly to the energy transition within a global leader in sustainable energy.
