Be the friendly expert who answers product and platform questions and resolves issues across multiple channels, helping clients run successful events, raffles, and fundraisers. We want someone solution-oriented who treats customers with genuine warmth. You bring customer-support experience, strong written and verbal communication, patience, and solid computer skills.
