We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in performance-driven marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience in Influencer Marketing and experience in at least one additional channel, such as Affiliation Marketing or Paid Social Ads.
This role is highly autonomous and requires someone who can take full ownership of marketing initiatives from day one. You will report directly to the CEO, making this an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, results-driven professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and conversion.
- Develop and oversee influencer marketing strategies, identifying key partners to drive engagement and sales.
- Manage and scale paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Build and manage affiliate marketing programs, ensuring strong partnerships and high ROI.
- Continuously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
- Test and experiment with different creatives, audiences, and strategies to maximize performance.
- Work closely with the CEO to define marketing strategies and contribute to business growth.
- Take full ownership of projects, ensuring seamless execution without constant supervision.
What We Are Looking ForProfessional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance-driven marketing.
- Proven expertise in Influencer Marketing (already having a portfolio of influencers, managing relationships, negotiations, and tracking ROI), with experience in at least one additional area, such as: Affiliate Marketing (campaign setup, partner management), or Paid Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms).
- Ideally, experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Good level of English (mandatory); knowledge of another European language is a plus.

- Highly autonomous and able to take ownership of projects from the start.
- Performance-driven mindset, with a strong focus on ROI and measurable results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with key partners.
