EXCO is on the hunt for a Game Art Director with a sharp eye and original brain. We build bold, math-first slot games from scratch — no templates, no tired themes — and now we need someone to own the visual identity of our worlds.

You’ll lead art direction across multiple titles, crafting documentation that gives the team clarity and inspiration. You'll work closely with artists, animators, client devs, and sound designers to ensure every asset we ship feels unique, deliberate, and distinctly EXCO.

This isn’t about following the trends — it’s about setting them.

What you’ll do:

• Define the artistic vision for our games and build strong Art Direction Documentation
• Develop original visual concepts that give each game a distinct personality
• Guide internal and external artists through concept, production, and polish
• Collaborate with animators, sound designers, and developers to ensure a cohesive player experience
• Review and give feedback on all art assets to ensure quality, consistency, and originality
• Work alongside Game Designers and Product to align visual direction with mechanics and gameplay themes
• Ensure art delivery meets production timelines and matches gameplay goals
• Champion fresh visual storytelling and visual irony that stands out in a crowded space

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience directing 2D or stylized art for real-money or F2P games (bonus for slot titles)
• Ability to create and communicate vision through moodboards, reference packs, and documentation
• Hands-on skills in illustration, UI/UX, or animation are a big plus
• A portfolio full of original, personality-driven concepts — not just polished templates
• Strong communication and feedback skills across disciplines
• A brain that sees design, narrative, and visual rhythm as one
