About the RoleAs a Global Business Partner, you will apply marketing, promotional, and communication skills to introduce personal development and leadership programs to a global audience.

You’ll connect with professionals interested in personal growth and guide them through the process of learning more about our programs and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote personal development and leadership programs using digital platforms

• Develop and manage online promotional campaigns (training provided)

• Respond to enquiries professionally and share relevant information resources

• Connect with professionals interested in personal and professional growth

• Participate in weekly Zoom training and mentorship sessions

• Operate independently while following established systems and processes

• Continue developing your leadership and business skills

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, sales, business development or related fields

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Organised with strong time-management skills

• Interest in personal development, leadership, and entrepreneurship

• Comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment
