Job Title: Mid-Weight Designer / Creative Artworker

Location: 100% Remote (Australia only)

Job Type: 1 month contract / 30 hours per week

Salary Range: $400 p/day inc Super.

Role Overview

We are seeking a 100% remote Mid-Weight Designer / Creative Artworker to work directly with a key client of our partner Advertising Agency. You will bridge the gap between creative concepts and flawless execution. Your focus is ensuring all visual assets are pixel-perfect, on-brand, and ready for deployment across all digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Artwork & Production: Prepare and format design files for print, digital, and social media platforms ensuring accurate color profiles, bleeds, and dimensions.
• Design & Concept: Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop engaging visual concepts, campaign assets, and brand collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Strictly adhere to brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring typography, imagery, and layout remain consistent and polished.
• Asset Adaptability: Roll out campaign deliverables across various formats and sizes (e.g., website banners, EDMs, social ads, and presentation decks).
• Retouching & Formatting: Perform image manipulation, basic retouching, and layout updates based on creative feedback.
• Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and archive design files and templates in the company’s digital asset management system.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Artworker, or similar role (agency experience is a huge plus).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat). (Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or Canva is a plus).
• Artworking Expertise: A sharp eye for detail, deep understanding of typography, grid systems, print production, and digital specifications.
• Remote-Ready: Strong self-management and communication skills with reliable internet access and experience using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Problem Solver: Ability to take constructive feedback, iterate quickly, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
