Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Director at Finance Society UTA. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive business development. Additional responsibilities include overseeing a sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue streams and drive organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities and drive organizational revenue growth
- Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service to efficiently manage processes and foster positive client relationships
- Proven ability in Team Management to lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar leadership or sales role is highly advantageous
