Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Professional at Freedom Plus Prosperity. The Customer Support Professional will provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include offering technical support, analyzing customer concerns, and communicating effectively to provide solutions. The role requires proactive and self-directed individuals who can work autonomously while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Support, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to perform Technical Support and troubleshoot customer issues with attention to detail
  • Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with support software and tools
  • Experience in personal development or success education industries is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly advantageous
