Looking for your next step in customer service and have an interest in Insurance? I am hiring for a Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic and supportive team, offering a fully remote role anywhere in Ireland.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage warranty claims from first notification through to resolution, ensuring every customer feels supported, informed, and valued throughout the process.
You will deliver outstanding customer service through both phone and written communication, handling claims in line with policy terms and clearly explaining decisions to customers. The role involves providing guidance on policy coverage, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve claims efficiently, and taking full ownership of each case
It is expected that you have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service with insurance experience, along with strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
