Your role will involve managing the flow of cab requests, communicating with drivers, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall transportation experience. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming ride requests from customers via phone, app, or other communication channels.
• Assign drivers to rides based on location, availability, and customer preferences.
• Monitor the status of ongoing rides and proactively address any delays or issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and updates regarding passenger pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain accurate records of rides, driver assignments, and customer interactions in the dispatch system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other dispatchers and team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal service delivery.
• Stay informed about traffic conditions and adjust routes and assignments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in dispatching or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
