Role: Lead Engineer

Salary range: 90-105k (+ 10% pension employer contribution!)

UK/EU remote or central London office for those that wish to go in (optional!)Current team size: x10 Engineers, Head of Engineering & CTO

Fintech startup, Technology-first pension platform, building out a new squad and thus needing a Lead Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack hands on (React/Node/TS) - end to end delivery.
• Product mindset
• Managing 2-4 engineers (experience essential)
• Accountable for project delivery (scoping, planning, system design etc)
