Fast growth DTC Subscription Consumer Packaged Goods company is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to help define and scale a premium DTC health & wellness brand across every touchpoint. This role blends brand storytelling with performance marketing — driving both emotional connection and measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-impact creative for email, SMS, paid, and social with a strong conversion focus
• Design landing pages and PDPs optimized for performance
• Own and evolve brand identity, visual systems, and guidelines
• Lead packaging design from concept to print
• Partner cross-functionally on launches and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Brand-first designer with experience building and protecting visual identity
• Proven performance marketing portfolio (conversion-driven digital creative)
• 4+ years design experience across digital and print
• DTC within CPG experience required
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite; Figma proficiency
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling
