Position: Sales Manager/Head of Sales (Beauty Industry)Location: Riga or Remote

We are seeking a highly driven and organized Sales Manager (or Head of Sales, depending on your level) to lead sales initiatives and drive business growth in the beauty industry. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on sales management, with a focus on building strong partnerships and delivering measurable results.

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and grow the client base (beauty salons, beauty retail stores, etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Attract new partners while retaining and developing existing ones
  • Process and manage inbound partner requests
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle through to contract signing
  • Control and monitor accounts receivable
  • Enter and track orders using 1C and manage deals in CRM (Bitrix24)
  • Provide partners with ongoing informational support and coordinate training sessions
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities at partner locations
  • Coordinate the development of short- and long-term sales plans
  • Structure and manage the partner/client database
  • Supervise all sales operations, including reporting and CRM management
  • Execute strategies to increase sales volume and partner engagement
  • Analyze and improve the customer relationship management system
  • Organize and host client days and brand events
  • Evaluate sales channels and pipelines, identify growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance
  • Ensure team compliance with internal policies and responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain internal and external communications systems

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24) and 1C software
  • Analytical mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
