Program Coordinator - Governance & Strategic Reform

Your new role This is your opportunity to support a major health and social services network in delivering strategic reform initiatives. You will play a key role in improving reporting processes, developing prioritisation frameworks, and uplifting organisational capability. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can influence outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver light-touch project management to complement governance work.
• Clean up and standardise reporting templates, tailoring communication for different audiences.
• Develop a framework/system for prioritising 2026 reform priorities.
• Uplift capability and support mini PMO functions.
• Drive strategy and communication initiatives, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeed Skills & Experience Essential:

• Experience with governance, board or secretariat support.
• Project management background (basic PM support).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to co-design and execute with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Desirable:

• VPS or health/social services experience.
• Exposure to PMO uplift or capability building.
