• Manage complex projects within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on manufacturing and operations.
• Drive solutions by effectively collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
• Implement both technical and non-technical business changes.
• Manage stakeholders at all organisational levels, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure detailed project planning.
• Contribute to an in-flight programme, building global internal team and stakeholder relationships.
