We’re working with a fast-growing UK financial services company looking for a Data Analyst / BI Developer to strengthen their customer and digital analytics capabilities.

You’ll join a small, high-impact data team that’s driving smarter decisions, improving customer experience, and helping the business make the most of its marketing and digital channels.

What you’ll do

• Analyse data from digital, CRM, and customer sources to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to support data-driven decisions.
• Use Python, SQL, and statistical methods to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners to deliver insights that drive growth.
• Track customer KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations to support acquisition and retention.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial services or a similar data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
