We're working with a leading specialist in commercial property and high-end construction on this exciting opportunity. Are you a marketing professional with a passion for the built environment? We are looking for a proactive Marketing Administrator to join a dynamic team in Edgbaston, supporting the Marketing Lead in driving brand presence and securing high-value contracts through expert bid coordination and market intelligence. The Role
- Spearhead the production of high-quality marketing literature and detailed project case studies to showcase commercial excellence.
- Play a pivotal role in the Bids and Tender process, ensuring all documentation is persuasive, accurate, and professionally presented.
- Manage and complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs) to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on prospective clients and industry trends to give the firm a competitive edge.
- Oversee the client satisfaction reporting process to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Marketing or Bid Support role specifically within the Construction or Commercial Property sectors.
- Direct experience contributing to the Tender and Bid management lifecycle.
- Strong technical proficiency in producing marketing collateral and conducting structured market research.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical construction data into compelling sales narratives.
- A highly organized, "can-do" attitude with the ability to pivot between creative marketing tasks and administrative deadlines.
