Healthcare Program Manager

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Manager to support a large healthcare payer organization. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with strong potential for long-term extension. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the healthcare payer industry
• Functional knowledge of one or more of the following:

• Medicare Advantage
• Pharmacy/PBM
• Care Management
• Claims
• Member Services

• Experience leading enterprise application development and system integration initiatives
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and Agile delivery methodologies

Experience Working With

• Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platforms
• Custom application development Enterprise integrations
• Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive successful project delivery
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
