Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves strengthening and expanding Hranipex's market presence by managing and growing sales within a designated territory. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in sales, client management, and contract negotiation.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities, expand market reach, and generate new business.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Skills in setting sales strategies, prioritizing tasks, and meeting defined goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture edges, adhesives, fittings, or related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Tech Proficiency: Competency in using CRM tools, reporting software, and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Flexibility and Independence: Strong capability to work autonomously while managing time and resources effectively.
  • Other Qualifications: A valid driving license.
