A leading UK construction and property organisation is looking for a Business Analyst. This role sits within a growing digital team during a period of significant expansion, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple high-impact programmes. What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the sole Business Analyst managing multiple concurrent digital programmes.
• Interfacing directly with key clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Providing technical insights and clear specifications to the developer team.
• Supporting services related to building information modelling (BIM) and data analytics.
• Assisting with information management and various project management duties.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within the built environment or construction industry.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working on structured projects and assisting with project management tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
