Performance Analyst

Hyra is working on behalf of HAYS to hire for the position of Performance Analyst (6 months FTC). This role focuses on establishing financial baselines and delivering transparent analysis to support operational transformation. The successful candidate will build financial structures from the ground up to drive clarity across revenue and cost streams.

What you'll be doing

• Establish measurable P&L baselines and deliver robust financial analysis for decision support

• Separate revenue and cost streams for maintenance while validating cost apportionment

• Build financial KPIs and forecasting models covering fixed, variable, and internal cost structures

• Identify margin leakage and support business case development for transformation initiatives

• Refine charts of accounts and align GL code mapping with accounting leadership

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering financial clarity within complex or transformation-focused environments

• Professional expertise in forecasting, revenue mapping, cost modelling, and KPI development

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting while collaborating with senior directors

• Strong technical skills in building pricing methodologies and commercial templates

• Must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for required vetting
