Title: Project Designer
Location: Remote (Needs to work with EST or CST)
Duration: Direct Hire
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support Convergint's Financial Vertical.
- Review project requirements and scope.
- Provide estimates and pricing support.
- Attend customer meetings.
- Coordinate designs with regional engineering teams.
- Perform QA/QC on design packages.
- Ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
- Act more as a design lead/coordinator than a hands-on drafter.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years AutoCAD experience
- 5+ years security design/engineering experience
- Experience leading and coordinating security system designs
- Familiarity with security industry design standards
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multiple remote teams
Preferred Qualifications
- BIM experience (nice-to-have, not required)
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
