Upon joining Intertru, you will conquer the following:

30-Day Deliverables:

* Set up the development environment, enhancing our infrastructure readiness and ensuring solid foundations are laid for future projects.

* Digest the "Healing Career Wounds" concept and deliver an insightful 30-minute presentation to your team, setting the stage for empathetic and user-centric software development.

* Build a robust mechanism to deliver interview conclusion analytics, ensuring we derive meaningful insights from every hiring interaction.

60-Day Deliverables:

* Update logic for conclusion/summary, shifting the focus to summarized attributes such as "desire" and "profile match" instead of individual elements like "culture" and "salary", thereby aligning the analytic outputs with our strategic goals.

* Create a seamless functionality to run AI Candidate Analytics on past interviews stored in S3 buckets and DynamoDB, enabling historical data utilization for improved decision-making.

* Collaboratively enhance our backend systems to allow AI to review and optimize working session interviews (DynamoDB, GraphQL, AppSync).

90-Day Deliverables:

* Launch and optimize the AI Candidate Analytics feature, directly impacting our ability to deliver actionable insights from past and present data.

* Ensure the backend's operations allow seamless review of working session interviews, confirming the adaptability and functionality of our MVP tech stack.

* Present the outcomes and insights gained from your first 90 days to the leadership team, showcasing your impact and setting milestones for continuous improvement.

SOFT SKILLS

You are someone who thrives in collaborative environments and approaches problem-solving creatively. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity will strengthen our team's synergy and push our projects forward. Your leadership isn't just about guiding technical projects, but also about fostering a spirit of curiosity and innovation within your team.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

You need to be well-versed in our tech stack: AWS Amplify for CI/CD and deployment, ReactJS for front-end development, NodeJS with Express for back-end development, DynamoDB accessed via GraphQL for data management, and version control with GitHub. Your experience with Socket services hosted on EC2 will enable us to expand our technical capabilities.
