As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly organised Sales Revenue Operations Executive to provide maternity cover within our Commercial Operations team.
The Role
This is a pivotal coordination role supporting the Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams. You’ll manage our sales systems, maintain reporting accuracy, and ensure all commercial processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, proactive, and enjoys creating order from complexity.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Leadership Team, and colleagues across departments to support sales reporting, forecasting, CRM management, and campaign operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise our CRM (Zoho) - ensuring data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and consistent adoption across the team.
- Produce and distribute regular performance reports including Revenue, Pipeline, Onboarding, and Management Reports.
- Prepare and update monthly materials for the Board Pack and Executive Management presentations.
- Partner with Marketing to update and maintain Zoho Campaigns, including list management, campaign reporting, and bounce management.
- Manage weekly and monthly dashboards, ensuring performance metrics are up to date across departments.
- Coordinate the monthly revenue consolidation process, updating SharePoint, dashboards, and variance reports once finance data is finalised.
- Support ad hoc projects and analysis (e.g. competitor research in Apollo.io, sales list generation, event data preparation).
- Organise and communicate logistics for monthly London office days and other sales team gatherings.
- Ensure all recurring commercial tasks (weekly, monthly, quarterly) are tracked and completed using Wrike or equivalent task management tools.
- Support process documentation and onboarding materials for new commercial hires.
Essential Skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data and identifying trends.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.
- Professional, positive, and collaborative working style.
- Comfortable working remotely within a distributed international team.
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Administration within a B2B SaaS or telecoms environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Zoho Campaigns, Wrike, or other marketing and project management platforms.
- Exposure to financial reporting or board pack preparation.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting principles.
