This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing (B2B) in Poland. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to build, operate, and scale a high-performing B2B marketing organization focused on demand generation and pipeline growth. You will oversee paid acquisition, creative strategy, full-funnel performance, lifecycle marketing, and organic distribution while managing a cross-functional marketing team. The position requires a strategic operator who can combine deep analytical expertise with hands-on execution, optimizing multi-channel campaigns and budgets. You will play a critical role in driving predictable sales pipelines, improving conversion metrics, and scaling marketing systems across channels. This role is ideal for a performance-focused marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys mentoring a high-caliber team. Accountabilities

  • Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, managing multi-million-dollar monthly budgets.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies, directing teams to produce high-performing ads, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Manage full-funnel performance from click to booked call, including landing pages, CRO, forms, retargeting, and lead quality initiatives.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing programs including email and SMS campaigns, automated nurture flows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Build and execute an organic content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, X, and other platforms to enhance lead generation and brand authority.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a cross-functional marketing team, implementing SOPs, operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to optimize pipeline velocity, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
  • Own the marketing P&L, performance roadmap, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, growth, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record managing $500K–$3M+ monthly paid media budgets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills and experience developing high-converting creative assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale full-funnel marketing systems.
  • Analytical orientation with fluency in attribution modeling, analytics platforms, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • Experience with high-ticket B2B funnels, performance agencies, or media-driven organizations is highly desirable.
