As an Organic Growth Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven SEO and organic growth initiatives for fast-growing B2B software businesses. Working alongside experienced strategists, you will contribute to research, analysis, reporting, and execution that directly impacts client growth and revenue. • Support the execution of SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B software clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits, and backlink research to identify growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.
• Monitor client performance data, identify actionable insights, and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support measurable business outcomes.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, research initiatives, and innovation projects.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams while supporting client meetings and ongoing communications.
• Continuously develop new skills and contribute to improving internal processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field, or a strong desire to build a career in organic growth.
• Basic experience with analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn quickly, apply feedback, and continuously develop professionally.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, high-performance environment.
• Availability to overlap at least five working hours with Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays.
