This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in Spain. We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of an AI-powered financial analysis platform. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating vision into actionable roadmaps and driving product initiatives from concept to launch. You will work closely with engineering, leadership, and client-facing teams to validate ideas, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, leverages AI as a productivity multiplier, and brings rigor, creativity, and curiosity to solving complex problems. This is a remote, collaborative position where your impact will be measurable and immediate. Accountabilities

  • Co-develop and maintain a quarterly product roadmap, aligning priorities with leadership and engineering.
  • Translate roadmap objectives into actionable tasks and a prioritized backlog.
  • Manage sprint cadence, track progress, and proactively surface risks to keep projects on schedule.
  • Conduct focus groups and gather feedback to validate product direction and surface usability issues.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to synthesize insights, build functional prototypes, and optimize development workflows.
  • Serve as the bridge between leadership vision and engineering execution, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in early-stage startups or small product teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • Daily proficiency with AI tools for writing PRDs, synthesizing research, and prototyping solutions.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed and capable of working asynchronously with a distributed team.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, drive execution, and deliver results.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in fintech, accounting software, or startup services.
