• Lead and coordinate the preparation of proposals and pricing deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement win strategies and themes for responses.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on proposal development.
• Maintain communication with senior management regarding proposal status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure adherence to response schedules and implement mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of proposal management and pricing experience in defense.
• Proven experience in cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and agency supplementals.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and/or MS365.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in risk and opportunity management.
