The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience while working from home. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Assist users with account access, basic troubleshooting, and product navigation
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Follow Pathlock support processes and data security standards

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or help desk experience (SaaS or IT support preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
