Grid Restoration Financial Manager

Position Summary: Grid Restoration Financial Manager (Remote, Preferably SE) We’re looking for a proactive Financial Manager to support our grid restoration efforts. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a vital part in managing financial operations—including billing, subcontractor invoicing, bid support, and labor rate development—for large-scale infrastructure projects across the country. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and invoicing for major grid restoration projects
• Validate subcontractor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare bid proposals and associated financial documentation
• Develop and manage rate sets for union and non-union labor
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and leadership to maintain financial accuracy and alignment

• Experience in financial management within construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
• Solid understanding of union labor contracts and non-union pay structures
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and effective working remotely
• Proficient in Excel and financial management tools
