Kilgannon & Partners LLP is a boutique law firm specialising in HR, employment law, and immigration. We’re known for our client-focused service and supportive work environment, delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients—both individuals and businesses. 

The firm has grown significantly through a combination of organic growth, mergers, and the recruitment of talented fee-share lawyers. We offer both fee-share and traditional employed roles. We are now looking to expand our team with an Employment Solicitor on a traditional employed (non-fee-share) basis. 

The Role 

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team and manage a broad caseload of employment law matters—with a strong focus on advising individuals. 

You will work on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including: 

• Employment Rights Act 1996 and Equality Act 2010 claims 
• Settlement agreements 
• Employment contracts, policies, and procedures 
• Employment tribunal cases 

You will have autonomy over your caseload, with support from senior colleagues when needed. You’ll also be encouraged to contribute to business development and build your own profile and practice, if that’s something you’re passionate about.
