We are growing our international presence and are looking for passionate design-focused professionals to represent Kilzi in key global cities.

Role: Independent Sales Representative (Trade & Interior Designers)

We are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative with strong connections in the interior design, architecture and luxury furniture world.

Your mission will be to represent Kilzi to interior designers, architects, procurement agents, dealers and design studios, introducing our catalog, nurturing relationships and driving new trade partnerships.

This is a freelance, commission-based role with full flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Present Kilzi’s lighting and furniture collections to interior designers, architects, developers and showrooms
• Visit studios, attend design events and actively build relationships in your region
• Identify opportunities for Kilzi to be specified in residential and hospitality projects
• Support designers with product information, pricing, samples and lead times
• Develop a strong understanding of Kilzi’s craft, materials and design philosophy
• Provide feedback on project needs and market trends
• Represent Kilzi with professionalism, passion and aesthetic sensitivity

What We Offer

• Attractive commission structure:
• 10–20% commission on sales generated from a new studio, lead
• 5-10% on recurring purchases (12 months)

• Support from the Kilzi team: material info, samples, pricing, digital catalogues
• Option for exclusive territory representation depending on performance

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in luxury furniture, lighting, textiles, or interior design industry
• Strong network of interior designers, architects, developers, or showrooms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A deep appreciation for craftsmanship, materials and contemporary design
• Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, independent and creative
• Located in one of the following high-priority areas:
• New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London, Paris, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sydney
