Responsibilities
- Leverage extensive expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks, to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, quality, and schedule constraints.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans for site network device refresh initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.
- Define, monitor, and manage project budgets, resource allocations, and schedules to ensure effective project governance and cost control.
- Lead and coordinate the transition of site assets to acquisition companies, ensuring all required approvals, stakeholder alignment, and implementation schedules are established and executed successfully.
- Engage with project requestors and sponsoring teams to gather, validate, and document both standard and non-standard business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, Business Unit (BU) leaders, site contacts, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to monitor project progress, address dependencies, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify, assess, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions to minimize operational and delivery impacts.
- Drive timely escalation of critical issues and blockers, facilitating resolution processes to remove impediments and maintain project momentum.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and customers through governance meetings, ticketing systems, dashboards, and formal reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure all project documentation, deliverables, and records are completed, maintained, and stored in accordance with established processes, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
- Develop realistic project timelines and high-level implementation schedules, ensuring successful delivery within committed milestones and quality expectations.
- Create and coordinate detailed deployment and implementation plans for site assets in partnership with site contacts, ensuring all approvals, scheduling requirements, and readiness activities are completed.
- Manage the procurement process for required hardware, software, and network circuit provisioning, ensuring timely availability of resources to support project objectives.
- Ensure adherence to Technology Technical Ownership (TTO) compliance requirements, including asset governance, monitoring, reporting, and tool utilization in accordance with defined standards.
- Provide post-implementation Hypercare support following migration and deployment activities, coordinating with support teams to resolve outstanding issues related to hardware refreshes and new deployments.
- Lead formal project closure activities, including vendor contract completion, hardware delivery verification, lessons learned documentation, stakeholder sign-off, and final project documentation handover.
- Ensure continuous improvement by capturing project learnings, identifying process enhancement opportunities, and applying best practices to future initiatives.
