Product Designer II, Design Systems

For our client, we are seeking a Product Designer II Design Systems to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,500 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and improve design system components for web and mobile
• Drive feature development from ideation to production
• Collaborate to document and promote scalable design patterns
• Lead design reviews to gather feedback and improve quality
• Execute on the design system's product roadmap
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience with a focus on design systems
• Experience designing scalable components for web and mobile products
• Proficient in AI design tools like Figma Make and Vercel V0
• Expert-level skills in Figma, especially in prototyping design system components
• Track record of collaborating with engineers and product teams to ship systems
• Responsible use of generative AI for systemic design outputs
