You will own complex, multi-quarter technical workstreams from problem framing through rollout, with a strong emphasis on scalable distributed systems and durable engineering practices. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, thoughtful technical design, and a hands-on approach to building reusable frameworks that support broader engineering adoption.

  • Build reusable patterns and frameworks for adoption by other engineers
  • Operate hands-on as a senior contributor on high-leverage technical work

  • Proven ability to act as the technical DRI for cross-team workstreams
  • Experience designing and shipping distributed systems across multiple services
  • Strong proficiency in backend technologies like Ruby/Rails, Python, or Go
  • Track record of producing durable technical artifacts for engineering teams
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
