Key Responsibilities

• Preparing annual Company, Partnership, and Trust tax returns
• Calculating Taxable incomes, non-commercial losses, SBE concessions (w-offs, depr., etc.)
• Applied exp.: BAS, GST, FBT, Payroll/STP, CGT, Tax Planning/Structuring, Div7A, UPEs, SMSF
• WFH role (this will include in-person Melbourne training)
• Processing Financials & Tax returns & managing an SME portfolio
• Group-related, hands-on advisory & compliance, working under a director
• Outsourced CFO / high-level financial leadership, strategy & oversight &/or project work
• Stay updated with regular tax training sessions

What We're Looking For

• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• Minimum 3+ years of Australian Public Practice employment experience
• Technically strong: Comfortable with Trusts & Large Groups
• Organised and proactive: Juggle multiple clients, deadlines, problems & acts fast
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and strong analytical skills
• Financial and business acumen & someone that communcate this to business owners
• A proactive 'can-do' attitude and an innovative mindset
