We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as an Entry-Level Law Office Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing internal projects, supporting case workflows, facilitating communication between departments, and helping ensure that deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff by coordinating case management tasks and project timelines
Organize and track internal and client-facing projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and requirements are met
Assist with the preparation, editing, and organization of legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and reports
Help coordinate meetings, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings, including scheduling and material preparation
Maintain accurate records in case management systems and project tracking platforms
Communicate project updates and reminders to team members, ensuring clear workflows
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document retrieval, database entry, and correspondence drafting
Support intake and onboarding processes for new clients or new projects
Identify potential project risks or scheduling conflicts and escalate them to management
Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience in project coordination, administrative support, or legal assistance
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
